The model forecasts and characterization of the pandemic data are performed by a research team at IIT Kanpur headed by Prof. Rajesh Ranjan (Dept. of Aerospace Engineering) and Prof. Mahendra Verma (Dept. of Physics). The team includes Aryan Sharma, Nitika Sachdeva, Dr. Shaswat Bhattacharya and Rahul Garg.
